    To reach Lauterbrunnen by public transport, take a train to Interlaken Ost station. From there, transfer to the regional train heading to Lauterbrunnen (usually every 30 minutes). Head south on Route 3 and take a left onto the road leading to Spiss. The hiking area will be clearly marked.
