If you are starting from Lucerne's main train station (Bahnhof Luzern), exit the station and head towards the lakefront. Once you reach the lake, turn left and walk along the promenade. Continue walking along the lakeside until you reach the famous Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Cross the bridge and continue straight. After crossing the bridge, take the first right onto Weinmarkt, a charming square. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Zürichstrasse. Turn left onto Zürichstrasse.
