Getting There

Walking
Start at the Lucerne train station (Bahnhof Luzern). Exit the station and head towards the lakefront (Vierwaldstättersee). Walk along the promenade towards the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the traffic circle at the end of the bridge. At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto Grendelstrasse. Follow Grendelstrasse until it merges into Denkmalstrasse. Continue on Denkmalstrasse for approximately 10 minutes, and you will see the Aussichtsturm Gletschergarten on your right.

From Lucerne train station, take bus number 1 (direction: 'Kriens, Zentrum'). Get off at the stop 'Denkmalstrasse'. After you exit the bus, walk back along Denkmalstrasse for about 5 minutes. The Aussichtsturm Gletschergarten will be on your left side.
