Walking
If you are in the city center of Lucerne, head towards the lakefront. Look for the large clock tower, the Zytglogge, as a reference point. From there, walk directly towards the lake, which should be a straight path. Once you reach the water, turn left and follow the promenade along the lake. After a few minutes of walking, you will see the iconic Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke) ahead. It is hard to miss, as it is one of the most famous landmarks in Lucerne.

Public Transport - Bus
If you are further away from the center, you can take a local bus to get closer to Chapel Bridge. Look for bus lines 1, 2, or 6 that stop at 'Hirschmattstrasse' or 'Bahnhof'. Once you get off at either of these stops, head towards the direction of the lake. From 'Hirschmattstrasse', walk straight down Pilatusstrasse until you reach the lake, then turn left to find Chapel Bridge. From 'Bahnhof', head down the main street towards the lake, and Chapel Bridge will be visible.

If you are arriving by train, disembark at Lucerne train station (Luzern Bahnhof). Once you exit the station, turn right and walk towards the lakefront. You will see the lake directly in front of you. From here, you can either walk straight along the promenade to Chapel Bridge or take a left turn along the lakeside path. The bridge is about a 10-minute walk from the train station.
