Walking

If you are in the city center of Lucerne, start at the famous Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). From the Chapel Bridge, walk towards the river. Cross the bridge, and you will see the beautiful lake in front of you. Continue along the riverbank in the direction of the Old Town (Altstadt). After about 10 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the Spreuerbrücke. The bridge is located just a short distance down the river from the Chapel Bridge, making it an easy and scenic walk.

Public Transport - Bus

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a bus from the central bus station (Bushof Luzern) nearby to the Spreuerbrücke. Look for bus line 1 or 4 which both head towards the direction of the bridge. Get off at the stop 'Spreuerbrücke'. From there, it's just a short walk to the bridge. Follow the signs, and you will find the entrance to the bridge located directly next to the river.

Bicycle

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Lucerne train station. Head towards the lake and follow the bike path along the river. The path is well-marked and very scenic, taking you past the beautiful waterfront. Continue along this path for about 15 minutes, and you will reach the Spreuerbrücke. There are bike racks available near the bridge where you can park your bicycle.
