    Getting There

    Walking

    From the Zermatt train station, exit the station building and head towards the main square, Bahnhofplatz. Zermatt Tourismus is located directly at Bahnhofplatz 5, just a short 2-minute walk from the train station. As you walk out of the station, you will see the large square in front of you. Head straight across the square, and you will find the Zermatt Tourismus office on your left.

    If you are coming from the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station, descend back to the town center. Once at the station, walk towards Bahnhofplatz. Zermatt Tourismus is located at Bahnhofplatz 5, which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the cable car station. Follow the signs directing you towards the town center.

    From the main shopping street, Bahnhofstrasse, head towards the end of the street where it meets Bahnhofplatz. Zermatt Tourismus is located at Bahnhofplatz 5, just a few minutes' walk from the shopping area. Simply walk straight down Bahnhofstrasse, and you will see Bahnhofplatz ahead.
