Getting There

Walking

If you are starting from the Tabora Central Market, head southeast on the main road (Mwanza Road) for about 500 meters. Once you reach the junction, turn left onto the road leading towards the Tabora Regional Hospital. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit, which will lead you onto the street named XR97+J2. Follow this road for another 600 meters, and you will find the Tabora City Zoo on your right.
Bicycle

Starting from the Tabora Railway Station, take the main road (Mwanza Road) heading southeast. Cycle for about 800 meters until you reach the junction with the road leading to the Tabora Regional Hospital. Turn right and continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto XR97+J2 and keep cycling for another 600 meters. The Tabora City Zoo will be located on your right-hand side.
Motorbike Taxi (Boda Boda)

If you are near the Tabora Bus Station, you can easily find a boda boda (motorbike taxi). Tell the driver to take you to Tabora City Zoo located at XR97+J2. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare before you start your journey.
