From Fall Creek Falls State Park, start by heading northwest on Park Road. Follow the signs to the park exit. Continue straight on Park Road until you reach the intersection with Highway 284 (about 3 miles). Turn left onto Highway 284 and continue for approximately 4 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 111. Take the ramp to merge onto Highway 111 South. After about 10 miles, take exit 1 for Highway 70 toward Cookeville. Turn left onto Highway 70 and follow it for about 6 miles. Turn right onto Beach Road, and Rock Island State Park will be on your right at 82 Beach Rd, Rock Island, TN 38581. The total drive is roughly 25 miles and should take about 30-40 minutes.
