Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Nashville Greyhound Bus Station. Once there, transfer to the Route 26 bus towards Nolensville Pike. Stay on the Route 26 bus for about 25 minutes. Get off at the stop for 3777 Nolensville Pike (the Nashville Zoo). You will be able to see the zoo entrance from the bus stop.
