From the center of Franklin, head east on Main Street towards 3rd Avenue N. Continue walking straight for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Columbia Avenue (US-31). Cross the street and turn left onto Columbia Avenue. Walk for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the Franklin Transit bus station on your right. Here, you can take the Franklin Transit bus Line 1 to Nashville. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Nashville bus station, follow the signs for the riverfront. Head towards the Cumberland River, and you should see the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge about a 10-minute walk along the riverfront.
