Walking
If you are in downtown Gatlinburg, start by heading south on Parkway towards Pigeon Forge. Continue walking along the Parkway for about 5 miles. You will pass several shops and attractions on your way. Once you reach the intersection of the Parkway and The Island Drive, turn left onto The Island Drive. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles, and you will find Arcade City located at 131 The Island Dr #1105 on your right.

Public Transport
From Gatlinburg, you can take the Pigeon Forge Trolley. Board the trolley at any of the designated stops in Gatlinburg. Make sure to take the trolley that is headed towards Pigeon Forge. The fare is affordable, and the ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for The Island. Once you get off, walk along The Island Drive for about 5 minutes, and Arcade City will be located at 131 The Island Dr #1105 on your left.
