Ride the bus until you reach the stop at the 'Pigeon Forge' junction. From there, transfer to the Smoky Mountain Transit bus service that will take you to Gatlinburg. Get off at the stop closest to the Sugarlands Visitor Center, which is located on Fighting Creek Gap Rd. You can then walk to the visitor center, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
