  • Walking

    If you are in downtown Knoxville, you can easily walk to the Visit Knoxville Visitors Center. Start at the Knoxville Convention Center, located at 701 Henley St, Knoxville, TN 37902. Head south on Henley St towards W Main St. After about 0.3 miles, turn left onto W Main St and continue for a short distance. Then, turn right onto S Gay St. The Visitors Center will be on your left at 301 S Gay St.

  • Public Bus

    From the Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) bus stop at Market Square, take the KAT route 10 - Downtown Trolley. Board the bus heading towards the downtown area. Ride for about 5 minutes, and get off at the stop at S Gay St and W Church Ave. From there, walk one block south on S Gay St to reach the Visit Knoxville Visitors Center at 301 S Gay St.

  • Bicycle

    If you're renting a bicycle, start from the Knoxville Urban Wilderness area. Head north on the main trail that leads you towards downtown. When you reach the intersection of S 4th Ave, turn right and continue until you reach W Church Ave. Turn left, and then a quick right onto S Gay St. The Visit Knoxville Visitors Center will be at 301 S Gay St, just a few blocks ahead.
