The journey will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Manchester bus stop, walk approximately 0.7 miles to the picnic area by heading east on E Main St, then turn left onto Stone Fort Dr. Follow the road until you reach the park entrance.

If you prefer to ride a bicycle, you can rent one at a local bike shop in Murfreesboro. Start your journey on the Murfreesboro Greenway, which connects to various parks and recreational areas. Follow the Greenway Trail towards the north until you reach the intersection with E Main St. From there, head east on E Main St toward Manchester. After about 7 miles, turn left onto Stone Fort Dr and follow it directly to the Old Stone Fort State Park Picnic Area. Ensure you wear a helmet and follow all cycling safety rules.

Head east on W Main St until you reach the intersection with S Church St. Continue to follow S Church St which will eventually lead into US-41 S. After approximately 8 miles, take a right onto Stone Fort Dr. The picnic area is a short walk from the intersection. Be prepared for a long walk and wear comfortable shoes.
