If you are in the heart of Smyrna, begin your journey by heading northwest on Sam Ridley Pkwy E. Continue straight for approximately 2 miles until you reach the intersection with I-24. At this point, turn left onto I-24 N. Walk along the sidewalk for about 1 mile until you reach the Murfreesboro exit. After exiting, follow the sidewalk leading to Old Lascassas Rd. Continue on Old Lascassas Rd for about 1 mile, and you will find the Geographic Center of Tennessee at 307 Old Lascassas Rd, Murfreesboro, TN 37130.

Start at the Smyrna Town Center and take the local bus service (check local schedules) towards Murfreesboro. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Murfreesboro Transit Center. From there, transfer to Bus Route 6 towards Old Lascassas Rd. Ride for about 15 minutes and disembark at the stop nearest to 307 Old Lascassas Rd. Follow the signs to the Geographic Center of Tennessee, which will be a short walk away.
