Car
From the Panther Junction Visitor Center in Big Bend National Park, head southeast on TX-385 S towards the Boquillas Canyon. Continue on TX-385 S for about 10 miles until you reach a fork. Take the right fork onto Boquillas Canyon Road. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles until you reach the Boquillas Canyon parking area. Once parked, follow the signs to the canyon trailhead, which is a short walk from the parking lot.

If you're coming from the Chisos Basin, start by taking the road out of the basin towards TX-118. Turn left onto TX-118 N and continue for about 15 miles. Then, turn right onto TX-385 S and follow the same directions as above towards Boquillas Canyon.

Currently, there is no direct public transportation to Boquillas Canyon from within Big Bend National Park. However, you can check with local tour operators that may offer shuttle services or guided tours. If you are staying in the park, inquire at the Panther Junction Visitor Center for any available shuttle services to the canyon.
