    From the Panther Junction Visitor Center in Big Bend National Park, head southeast on TX-385 S towards the Boquillas Canyon. Continue on TX-385 S for about 10 miles until you reach a fork. Take the right fork onto Boquillas Canyon Road. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles until you reach the Boquillas Canyon parking area. Once parked, follow the signs to the canyon trailhead, which is a short walk from the parking lot.

    If you're coming from the Chisos Basin, start by taking the road out of the basin towards TX-118. Turn left onto TX-118 N and continue for about 15 miles. Then, turn right onto TX-385 S and follow the same directions as above towards Boquillas Canyon.

    Currently, there is no direct public transportation to Boquillas Canyon from within Big Bend National Park.
