  • Public Transit - Bus

    If you are starting from downtown Houston, head to the Main Street Square Metro Station. Take Bus 56 towards Memorial Park. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Woodway Dr @ Memorial Dr. From there, walk approximately 0.5 miles west along Woodway Dr, and you will arrive at the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center, located at 4501 Woodway Dr.

  • Public Transit - MetroRail and Bus

    From the Houston Museum District, take the MetroRail Red Line towards Northline. Get off at the 'Main' station and transfer to Bus 56. Take the bus towards Memorial Park and get off at Woodway Dr @ Memorial Dr. Walk about 0.5 miles along Woodway Dr to reach the Arboretum.

  • Walking

    If you are near Memorial Park, you can walk to the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center. Enter Memorial Park and head towards the Woodway Dr exit. Walk along Woodway Dr for about 0.5 miles, and you will find the entrance to the Arboretum at 4501 Woodway Dr.

  • Bicycle

    If you're cycling, you can use the dedicated bike lanes in Houston. From downtown, head to Allen Parkway and follow it until you reach Woodway Dr. Turn west on Woodway Dr and continue cycling for about 1 mile until you reach the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center.
