    From McKinney Falls State Park, exit the park and head northwest on Park Road 1C toward State Highway 71. Merge onto TX-71 W and continue for about 7 miles. Take the exit toward Loop 360 N and merge onto Loop 360 N. Continue for approximately 6 miles, then take the exit for Bee Caves Rd. Merge onto Bee Caves Rd and continue for about 1 mile. Turn left onto Stratford Drive, and the Austin Nature & Science Center will be on your right at 2389 Stratford Dr, Austin, TX 78746. Parking is available on site, but be aware that there may be parking fees depending on the time of your visit.

    From McKinney Falls State Park, walk to the nearest bus stop on TX-71. Board the Capital Metro bus route 30 (Barton Springs). After about a 20-minute ride, get off at the stop at Bee Caves Rd. and Stratford Dr. Walk about 10 minutes north on Stratford Drive to reach the Austin Nature & Science Center. Please check the Capital Metro website for current schedules and fares, as costs can vary depending on the time of travel.
