    If you are starting from the New Braunfels Downtown area, head south on S Seguin Ave towards E San Antonio St. Continue on S Seguin Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach E Common St. Turn left onto E Common St and walk for about 0.2 miles. Afterward, turn right onto S Walnut Ave and continue straight for another 0.3 miles. Then, turn left onto Hinman Island Dr. You will find Hinman Island Park on your left-hand side.

    From the New Braunfels Downtown area, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops. Start by heading south on S Seguin Ave towards E San Antonio St. Continue on S Seguin Ave for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn left onto E Common St, then right onto S Walnut Ave. After biking for about 0.3 miles, turn left onto Hinman Island Dr. The park will be on your left side right after the turn.
