Walking
If you are in downtown New Braunfels, start at the Plaza, which is located at the intersection of San Antonio Street and Seguin Avenue. Head south on Seguin Avenue towards I-35. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with I-35. Take a left onto I-35 and walk along the sidewalk. The New Braunfels Visitor & Information Center will be on your right at 237 I-35, just a short walk from the downtown area.

From the Comal River Park, head southeast along the riverbank trail until you reach the intersection with Landa Street. Turn left on Landa Street and continue until you reach the intersection with I-35. Take a right onto I-35, and the Visitor Center will be on your left at 237 I-35. Make sure to use bike lanes where available for safety.

If you're near the New Braunfels Transit Center, catch the Route 1 bus heading towards I-35. Stay on the bus until you reach the I-35 and Walnut Avenue stop.
