From the Ayutthaya Historical Park, rent a bicycle from one of the nearby rental shops. Head southeast on Naresuan Road (Road 32) for about 1.5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the large golden chedi of Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon, which will be visible from the road. Turn left onto Khlong Suan Phlu Road and continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the temple entrance.

From your location in Ayutthaya, find a tuk-tuk driver and tell them you would like to go to Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon. It is best to negotiate the fare beforehand. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off at the entrance of the temple.
