Take the BTS Skytrain to National Stadium station (W1). From there, exit the station and head to the main road (Ratchadamnoen Nok Rd). Walk towards the intersection with Ratchadamnoen Klang Rd, which will take about 15 minutes. The Bangkok City Library will be on your left at 39 Ratchadamnoen Klang Rd.

Take the MRT Subway to Hua Lamphong station. From there, transfer to a taxi or a tuk-tuk and ask the driver to take you to Bangkok City Library at 39 Ratchadamnoen Klang Rd. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

Find a bus stop near your location and catch any bus that heads towards Democracy Monument. You can take bus numbers 12, 29, 30, or 39. Get off at the Democracy Monument stop, then walk north towards Ratchadamnoen Klang Rd. The library will be on your right after about 5-7 minutes of walking.
