If you are near a BTS Skytrain station, take the Silom Line (light green line) towards Bang Wa. Get off at Saphan Taksin Station. From there, exit the station and walk towards the Chao Phraya River. You can find the pier for the Chao Phraya Express Boat nearby.

At Saphan Taksin Pier, board a Chao Phraya Express Boat heading north on the river. You need to get off at Phra Pokklao Pier, which is a few stops away. Look for the sign on the boat that indicates stops, and listen for 'Phra Pokklao' when the boat approaches your stop.
