Board the train towards Bang Wa and get off at Saphan Taksin Station. From the station, exit to the Sathorn Pier.

At Sathorn Pier, take a Chao Phraya Express Boat heading north on the river. You will want to get off at the Oriental Pier. This is a short ride, about 10 minutes. Once you disembark, walk towards the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The Bamboo Bar is located at 48 Oriental Ave, within the hotel premises.
