Travel Guide to Victory Monument

Getting There

• BTS Skytrain

  To reach Victory Monument via the BTS Skytrain, first locate the nearest BTS station. If you're near Sukhumvit, take the Sukhumvit Line towards Mo Chit. Transfer at Siam station to the Silom Line, then take the train towards Bang Wa. Get off at the Victory Monument station (N5). The monument is a short walk from the station; follow the signs to exit 1 and walk straight towards the large traffic circle where the monument is located.

• Metro (MRT)

  If you are near an MRT station, take the train towards Hua Lamphong. At Hua Lamphong, transfer to the BTS Skytrain by following the signs to the BTS station. From there, take the Sukhumvit Line towards Mo Chit and switch at Siam station to the Silom Line towards Bang Wa. Alight at Victory Monument station (N5) and follow the signs to exit 1, then walk straight to the monument.

• Taxi or Tuk-Tuk

  If you prefer a taxi or tuk-tuk, you can hail one from your location and instruct the driver to take you to 'Victory Monument'. Make sure they understand the destination as it is a well-known landmark. The journey time will depend on traffic, but it usually takes around 15 to 30 minutes from central areas.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of Victory Monument, simply walk towards it. Look for the large traffic circle and the tall monument at its center. It’s a prominent structure, so you should be able to see it from a distance. Follow the pedestrian paths leading to the monument for safe access.
