Chaloem Phrakiat Park: A Serene Oasis in Hua Hin

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in central Hua Hin, start at the Hua Hin Clock Tower, which is a well-known landmark. From the Clock Tower, head east on Phetkasem Road for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Soi 51. Turn right onto Soi 51 and continue for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. When you reach the T-intersection, turn left onto Soi 55. Continue straight until you see a sign for Chaloem Phrakiat Park on your right. The entrance to the park will be a short walk from there.

• Tuk-Tuk

  To get to Chaloem Phrakiat Park via tuk-tuk, you can hail one from any point in Hua Hin. Simply tell the driver 'Chaloem Phrakiat Park' (you can show them the address: JX23+GQQ, Hua Hin, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110, if they need clarification). The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The tuk-tuk will drop you off at the park entrance.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Hua Hin. Start at the Hua Hin Beach area and cycle west along the beach road until you reach the end of the beach boulevard. From there, turn left onto Phetkasem Road and cycle along it for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn right onto Soi 51. Keep cycling straight until you reach Soi 55, turn left, and soon you will see Chaloem Phrakiat Park on your right. The total cycling distance is approximately 4 kilometers.

• Public Bus

  For a budget-friendly option, you can take a local bus from Hua Hin town center. Look for the blue or green buses that run along Phetkasem Road. Board any bus heading towards the bus terminal and request to be dropped off at Soi 51. Once you disembark, walk straight down Soi 51 and turn left onto Soi 55. Chaloem Phrakiat Park will be just a short walk ahead on your right.
