From your current location in Hua Hin, find a nearby Songthaew (shared taxi) stop. These are usually marked and can be found along major roads. Board a Songthaew heading towards Khao Takiab or Nong Kae. Inform the driver that you would like to go to Wat Tham Khao Tao. The driver will drop you off near the temple, which is located a short walk from the main road.

If you prefer a more active route, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Hua Hin. Head south on Phetkasem Road, then turn left onto the road leading to Khao Tao. Follow the road towards the coast, and you will find Wat Tham Khao Tao along the way. It is approximately a 30-minute ride from the center of Hua Hin.

If you are close to Khao Takiab Beach, you can walk to Wat Tham Khao Tao. Head southwest along the beach road until you reach the intersection with Phetkasem Road. Turn left onto Phetkasem Road, and continue walking for about 15 minutes. The temple will be on your right side, and there will be signs to guide you.

For a quicker option, you can hire a motorbike taxi. Look for a motorbike taxi stand or ask your hotel to call one for you. Inform the driver that you want to go to Wat Tham Khao Tao. The ride should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic.
