    If you are starting from the Kanchanaburi Train Station, exit the station and head south towards the main road (Th Phra That). Turn right onto Th Phra That and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and eateries on your way. Continue straight until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Th Wat Tham Khaopoon. Walk for another 500 meters, and you will see the Prisoners of War Memorial on your left, just before the intersection with Th Nong Bua.

    If you are in the city center, such as near the Kanchanaburi Night Market, head west along Th Saengchuto. After approximately 1 kilometer, turn left onto Th Phra That. Continue walking for about 800 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Th Wat Tham Khaopoon. The Prisoners of War Memorial will be on your left after about 500 meters.
