Once at the pier, purchase your ferry ticket to Phi Phi Don. The ferry ride takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and costs around 400-600 THB depending on the season and operator. Ferries typically run multiple times a day, so check the schedule ahead of time.

• Speedboat

  For a quicker option, consider taking a speedboat from Krabi to Phi Phi Island. This service is also available at Klong Jilad Pier. The speedboat ride takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour and costs approximately 1,200-1,500 THB. Be sure to book your tickets in advance, especially during high season, as they can fill up quickly. Speedboats typically have fewer departures than ferries, so check the schedule accordingly.

• Bus to Ao Nang + Ferry

  If you are starting from Ao Nang, you can take a local bus from Ao Nang Beach to Krabi Town. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around 60-80 THB. Once you arrive in Krabi Town, make your way to Klong Jilad Pier to catch the ferry or speedboat to Phi Phi Island as described above.

• Private Transfer + Ferry

  For a more comfortable and private experience, consider booking a private transfer from your hotel in Krabi or Ao Nang directly to Klong Jilad Pier. Prices for private transfers vary but usually start around 1,500-2,000 THB. After arriving at the pier, follow the same ferry schedule to Phi Phi Island.
