If you're already in Bophut, the easiest way to reach Samui Elephant Sanctuary is by walking. From the center of Bophut, head towards the beach road (Bophut Beach). Continue walking along the beach road until you reach the intersection with Taweerat Pakdee Road. Turn right onto Taweerat Pakdee Road. Continue straight for about 1 km, and you will see the sanctuary on your left at 108/52 Taweerat Pakdee Rd.

Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
To take a Songthaew, find a Songthaew stop in Bophut, which are usually located near popular areas like Fisherman's Village. Board a Songthaew heading towards Bang Rak or Chaweng. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Samui Elephant Sanctuary or at the intersection of Taweerat Pakdee Road. The fare usually ranges from 30 to 50 THB depending on your starting point. From the drop-off point, it’s a short walk to the sanctuary.

Another option is to rent a bicycle. Many shops in Bophut offer bicycle rentals for around 100-200 THB per day. Once you have a bicycle, head towards Bophut Beach and cycle along the beach road, then turn right onto Taweerat Pakdee Road. The sanctuary is about 1 km down the road on your left.
