The boat will drop you off at a designated area where you can start exploring.

If you are in Ao Nang, find a tuk-tuk at any designated tuk-tuk stop or wave one down on the street. Inform the driver that you want to go to Thale Waek. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey, typically around 150-250 THB. The tuk-tuk will drop you off at the nearest access point to Thale Waek.

If you are staying near Ao Nang, you can take a scenic walk to Thale Waek. Start from Ao Nang beach and head south along the coast. Follow the walking path that leads to the end of the beach. Continue walking until you reach the viewpoint and entrance to Thale Waek. The walk takes about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your pace.
