Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in central Mae Hong Son, start at the Mae Hong Son Walking Street (near the clock tower). Head west along Ratchadamnoen Road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the road to Huai Pha. Take a left onto the road towards Huai Pha and continue walking for approximately 3 kilometers. Look for signs pointing to Ban Rung Arun, which will be on your right side. You may encounter local shops and small eateries along the way, which can be a good opportunity to grab a snack.

• Tuk-Tuk

  From the center of Mae Hong Son, you can hire a tuk-tuk. Tell the driver to take you to Ban Rung Arun, located on the Unnamed Road in Huai Pha. The fare should be negotiated before starting the ride, but it typically costs around 200-300 THB. The journey will take about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to mention that you want to go to the G3CV+G5R area.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Mae Hong Son. Begin your journey at the Mae Hong Son Walking Street and head west on Ratchadamnoen Road. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto the road towards Huai Pha. Continue for approximately 3 kilometers until you see signs directing you to Ban Rung Arun. Cycling is a great way to enjoy the scenic views along the way, but be cautious of traffic.

• Motorbike

  If you're renting a motorbike, start from the clock tower in Mae Hong Son and head west on Ratchadamnoen Road. After 1 kilometer, turn left at the junction towards Huai Pha. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the signs for Ban Rung Arun, which will be on your right. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, and you’ll enjoy the beautiful countryside views.
