If you're starting from the center of Mae Hong Son, head northwest towards the Mae Hong Son Walking Street. Continue straight along the main road until you reach the intersection with Wat To Phae Community Road. Turn left onto Wat To Phae Community Road. Follow the road for about 10-15 minutes. The World War 2 Memorial Pagoda will be on your right, just past the Wat To Phae temple complex.

From your location in Mae Hong Son, find a nearby songthaew stop. You can ask the driver to take you to Wat To Phae. The fare is usually reasonable, and the trip should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Wat To Phae, the World War 2 Memorial Pagoda is within the temple grounds, so you can easily walk to it.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Mae Hong Son. Once you have your bike, pedal northwest towards the Mae Hong Son Walking Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Wat To Phae Community Road. Turn left and cycle along this road for about 10-15 minutes. The World War 2 Memorial Pagoda will appear on your right side near the Wat To Phae temple.
