Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Patong Beach, head north on Route 4030. Continue until you reach the junction with Route 402, then turn left onto Route 402. Follow this road for approximately 15 kilometers. As you enter Mueang Phuket District, keep an eye out for signs to Talat Yai. Turn onto Phuket Road, and you will find the destination at 38 Phuket Rd, Talat Yai. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee depending on the area.

• Public Bus

  To reach 38 Phuket Rd, Talat Yai by public bus, board the local bus (Songthaew) heading towards Phuket Town from any major area in Phuket Province. The fare is typically around 30-50 THB. Inform the driver that you are going to Talat Yai. Once you arrive in Phuket Town, get off at the main bus terminal. From there, you can either walk (about 15 minutes) or take a short tuk-tuk ride (costing around 40-60 THB) to reach 38 Phuket Rd.

• Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service

  For a more direct option, you can use a taxi or a ride-hailing service like Grab. Simply input '38 Phuket Rd, Talat Yai' as your destination. The cost will vary depending on your starting location but expect to pay around 200-300 THB from areas like Karon or Kata Beach. The ride should take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.

• Motorbike Rental

  If you prefer to explore on your own, consider renting a motorbike. Rental shops are available throughout Phuket, and prices generally range from 150-300 THB per day. From Patong, drive north on Route 4030, then follow the same route to Phuket Town as described above. Make sure to wear a helmet and have an international driving permit.
