Turn left onto Route 402, and then take a right onto Route 4030 towards Rawai. Continue on Route 4030, and after about 10 minutes, you will see signs for Windmill Viewpoint. Look for the entrance on your right. Parking is available near the viewpoint.

To reach Windmill Viewpoint using public transportation, take a songthaew (local shared taxi) from places like Patong or Kata Beach to Rawai. Ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection near the base of Windmill Viewpoint. From there, you can either walk (approximately 15-20 minutes uphill) or hire a local taxi to take you directly to the viewpoint. The fare for the songthaew typically costs around 30-50 THB per person.
