If you are driving from Patong Beach, head south on Route 4233. Follow the signs for Kata and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 402. Turn left onto Route 402, and then take a right onto Route 4030 towards Rawai. Continue on Route 4030, and after about 10 minutes, you will see signs for Windmill Viewpoint. Look for the entrance on your right. Parking is available near the viewpoint.
