From Trang city center, head to the Trang Bus Station, which is located on Thung Teao Road. You can ask locals for directions if needed. Look for buses going towards Sikao District. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Tell the bus driver you want to get off at the Mai Fat area, which is closest to Chao Mai Beach. After getting off, you may need to walk a short distance (about 1 km) towards the beach, following signs or asking locals for directions.

Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
At Trang Bus Station or along the main roads in Trang, you can find songthaews heading towards Sikao District. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they will take you to the Mai Fat area. The ride will take around 30-45 minutes. Once you reach the vicinity of Mai Fat, ask the driver to drop you off as close to Chao Mai Beach as possible. From there, follow local signs or directions to reach the beach, which is about a 1 km walk.

Motorbike Taxi
If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a motorbike taxi from anywhere in Trang city. Inform the driver that you want to go to Chao Mai Beach in the Mai Fat area, Sikao District. The trip should take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand. The motorbike taxi will drop you off as close to the beach as possible, and from there, you can walk to the beach.
