Getting There

• Public Bus

  From Trang city center, head to the Trang Bus Terminal located at the intersection of Phatthalung Road and Jaroenrat Road. Look for a bus heading to Huai Yot District. Buses run regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. The fare is around 30-50 THB. Inform the bus driver or conductor that you want to go to 'Emerald Pool' (เหมืองมรกต). The journey should take about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the nearest stop and ask locals for directions to the Emerald Pool, as it may require a short walk or a tuk-tuk ride.

• Tuk-Tuk

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a tuk-tuk from the city center. Head to the main market area and negotiate a fare with the driver. The cost to the Emerald Pool (เหมืองมรกต) should be around 200-300 THB. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to confirm that the driver knows the location before starting your journey.

• Motorbike Rental

  For the more adventurous, consider renting a motorbike. There are several rental shops in Trang city. You can rent a motorbike for about 150-300 THB per day. From the rental shop, head southwest on Phatthalung Road (Route 404) and follow the signs to Huai Yot District. After about 25 km, look for signs to the Emerald Pool (เหมืองมรกต). The total journey should take around 30-40 minutes. Ensure you have a map or GPS to assist with navigation as the roads may be unfamiliar.
