Walking
If you're starting from downtown Nassau, walk towards the waterfront along Bay Street. As you reach the roundabout at the western end of the harbor, continue straight onto Paradise Island Drive. Follow the road as it curves, and keep an eye out for signs directing you toward Paradise Island. Once you reach the bridge to Paradise Island, walk across the bridge, which offers a beautiful view of the harbor. After crossing, take a left onto Paradise Beach Drive. Cove Beach is located along this road, and you will recognize it by its public beach signage.

Public Bus
From downtown Nassau, head to the nearest bus stop and catch a 'jitney' (public bus) that is headed to Paradise Island. The fare is inexpensive (around $1.25). Inform the driver that you're heading to Paradise Island. The bus will take you directly to the entrance of Paradise Island. Once you disembark, walk towards the bridge leading to Paradise Island, and then follow the walking instructions provided for pedestrians. Remember to look for signs indicating Cove Beach as you approach.

From any location in Nassau, you can easily find a taxi. Simply ask the driver to take you to Cove Beach on Paradise Beach Drive, Paradise Island. Make sure to confirm the fare before getting in. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the driver will drop you off at the entrance to the beach.
