If you are starting from the central market (Grand Marché) in Lomé, head east on Rue de la République. Walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Boulevard de la République. Continue walking on this road for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach a traffic light. At the traffic light, turn left onto Avenue de la Libération. The Musee National will be on your right after about 300 meters. Look for the large sign in front of the museum.

From the central market (Grand Marché), look for a shared taxi heading towards the direction of the coastal road or the airport. Board the taxi and inform the driver that you want to go to Musee National. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the driver will drop you off near the museum entrance. Make sure to have small change ready to pay for your fare.

If you are renting a bicycle in Lomé, start from the beach area. Head north along the coast on Avenue de la Libération. Keep cycling for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several cafes and local shops. When you reach the traffic light intersection, turn right onto Boulevard de la République. Continue for another 500 meters, and then turn left onto Avenue de la Libération. The Musee National will be about 300 meters ahead on your right side.
