From Asa Wright Nature Centre, head south on the main road towards the Arima-Blanchisseuse Road. Continue straight for about 3.5 km until you reach the junction with the Lopinot Road. Turn left onto Lopinot Road and continue for approximately 5 km. Look for the Lopinot Tourism Association Ltd, which will be on your left at Lp 129 Lopinot Settlement. Parking is available on-site.

From Asa Wright Nature Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Board a bus heading towards Arima. This ride will take about 20-30 minutes, costing around TT$5-10. Once you arrive in Arima, transfer to a taxi or a minibus heading to Lopinot. The taxi ride will take about 15 minutes and cost approximately TT$20. Inform the driver to drop you off at Lp 129 Lopinot Settlement.
