Once you reach the Arima roundabout, take the exit towards the Eastern Main Road (Route 1) and continue straight until you reach the town of Sangre Grande. From Sangre Grande, follow the signs towards Tobago Plantations. The journey may take around 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on traffic. Upon reaching Tobago, follow the signs to Lowlands.
