If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Mayaro. Head southeast on Main Road (also known as Mayaro Road). Continue driving for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach Bristol Road. Turn left onto Bristol Road and follow this road for about 1 kilometer. The entrance to Mayaro Nature Park will be on your right. Parking is available on-site.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take a taxi or a maxi taxi from the Mayaro market area. Look for a maxi taxi heading towards Rio Claro and inform the driver that you want to get off at Bristol Road. The fare is usually around TT$5-10. Once you arrive at Bristol Road, walk approximately 1 kilometer towards the east until you reach the entrance of Mayaro Nature Park, which will be on your right.
