Starting from the San Fernando Market, head east on High Street towards the intersection with Harris Promenade. Turn left onto Harris Promenade and walk towards the roundabout. Continue straight through the roundabout onto the Southern Main Road. After a short walk, you will reach the junction with Pelican Drive. Turn right onto Pelican Drive. Phillipine Park will be on your left after a few minutes of walking. Look for the park entrance marked clearly.

From the San Fernando Bus Terminal, take a bus heading towards Duncan Village or any bus that indicates it goes towards Pelican Drive. Inform the bus driver that you wish to get off at Pelican Drive. Once you get off, walk a short distance back towards the direction of the bus stop, and Phillipine Park will be on your left side. The park entrance is easily visible from the road.
