Getting There

    From the center of San Fernando, head south on High Street towards the San Fernando Hill. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Southern Main Road. Turn left onto the Southern Main Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass various local shops and eateries along the way. Keep walking until you reach the traffic lights at the junction of Southern Main Road and the Solomon Hochoy Highway.

    At the traffic lights, cross over to the other side of the Southern Main Road and continue straight towards Claxton Bay. You will notice the surroundings changing from urban to more suburban as you approach Claxton Bay. Continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Plaisance Park, which will be on your right.

    Once you arrive at Plaisance Park, enjoy the facilities and the beautiful surroundings. To get to Macaulay Trail, exit Plaisance Park and turn left onto the Southern Main Road. Walk for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the Macaulay Road. Turn right onto Macaulay Road.
