From Sangre Grande, head to the main bus terminal located on Eastern Main Road. Look for a bus heading towards Blanchisseuse. These buses are usually marked with their destination. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Blanchisseuse, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Paria Main Road. From there, you may need to walk about 10 minutes along Paria Main Road to reach D2 Beach.

You can hire a taxi from Sangre Grande to take you directly to D2 Beach. Make sure to negotiate a fare before starting the journey. The taxi will take you along the main roads, and the trip will take about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Upon arrival, the driver can drop you off at the entrance to D2 Beach located on Paria Main Road.

If you are staying in accommodations close to the center of Sangre Grande, you can walk towards the main road leading out of Sangre Grande. Follow the signs for Blanchisseuse, which will lead you to Paria Main Road. The distance is roughly 5-7 kilometers, so it will take you about 1.5 to 2 hours of walking. Once on Paria Main Road, continue until you reach D2 Beach.
