Starting from Scarborough, head towards the Scarborough Market located at the corner of Milford Road and Scarborough Main Road. Walk along Milford Road in the direction of the coast. Continue walking until you reach the junction at the end of Milford Road. From here, take a left onto the Tobago Plantations Road, which leads you along the coast. Keep following this road as it curves around the coastline. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will arrive at Parlatuvier Bay. Look for the signs indicating the bay, and you will find access points to enjoy the beautiful beach.
