From the center of El Haouaria, head southeast on Avenue de la République toward Rue de la Liberté. Continue on this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the coastal road (Route Nationale 81). Turn right onto Route Nationale 81 and follow it for approximately 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Grottes El Haouaria (كهوف الهوارية). Turn left onto the access road that leads to the caves. There is usually parking available nearby. Note: Ensure to check for any parking fees, which can vary depending on the season.
