Walking
If you are in the center of Sousse, head towards Avenue Habib Bourguiba, which is one of the main streets. Walk straight for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the medina. Enter the medina through one of the gates, such as the Bab el Bahr. Once inside, follow the winding paths towards the coast. Look for signs pointing towards the beach or the old ramparts. After exiting the medina, continue walking along the beach promenade until you see the Promenade des Remparts on your left, just before you reach the old wall. It's a beautiful spot with views of the sea.
Public Transport
From anywhere in Sousse, you can take a local 'louage' (shared taxi) to the nearest drop-off point. Board a louage that is heading towards the beach area or the medina. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Promenade des Remparts or mention a nearby landmark. After getting off, walk towards the coast and follow the promenade until you reach your destination. It should take around 10-20 minutes depending on traffic.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in the city. Start from the city center and head towards the coast, following Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Once you reach the beach area, continue cycling along the waterfront. The Promenade des Remparts will be on your left as you approach the old ramparts. This route is scenic and allows you to enjoy the coastal views.
