To reach Medina di Tunisi from The Nefzaoua by car, start by heading north on Route 3 towards the city of Kebili. Continue on Route 3 until you reach the town of Gabès. From Gabès, take the A1 highway towards Tunis. After approximately 200 kilometers, take the exit toward La Medina. Continue following signs for La Medina and Medina di Tunisi. Once you arrive, you can park nearby and walk to Souk El Nhes, where the Medina is located.

From The Nefzaoua, you can take a bus from the central bus station in Kebili to Tunis. The journey will take around 4 to 5 hours depending on traffic.
