From the center of Sidi Bou Said, head towards the sea. Walk down the main road (Avenue Habib Bourguiba) towards the seaside until you reach the intersection with Rue du 14 Janvier. Turn left onto Rue du 14 Janvier and continue walking until you reach the Carthage train station (Gare de Carthage).

At the Carthage train station, take the TGM (Tunis-Goulette-Marsa) train towards La Marsa. The train is inexpensive, usually costing around 1 TND. The journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Carthage' train station.

After exiting the Carthage train station, you will be at Rue de la République. Head straight until you reach the intersection with Rue du 2 Mars. Turn left and continue walking uphill towards 'V8JR+HJV'. Follow the road as it winds up, and you'll soon see signs guiding you towards Marsa Incredible View. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.
